About Me

With over thirty years in the corporate world, I have gained tremendous experience and insight in what makes people tick. It is with that very foundation, coupled with a Masters in Family Counseling degree and numerous certifications, that I have honed the skills to help people. Much like the television show, LOST, exploring themes of broken pasts affecting the current walks of life, I try to help people find resolution and overcome their obstacles, and find healthy, helpful solutions.

Professional Personal Statement

We all need support in dealing with life’s challenges but sometimes asking for help can feel as overwhelming as the problems for which we are seeking support. The task of finding the right therapist can be daunting. Whom can I trust? Will I be heard and understood? Will I be safe? I understand these concerns and work to create a compassionate, therapeutic environment in which to help you grow and change. My clients tell me that they appreciate my down-to-earth presence, my gentle, direct and honest feedback
